Real "HANDS-ON" training.  As well as covering all aspects of the process in theory, we set-up a real production machine from scratch. The whole process is explained, Moulds, Machines, Materials, how they interact and how they combine to produce profitable products.  This also demonstrates how faults occur, and what you can do to avoid them.
